Condo kitchens take extra planning
A lot of Naples kitchens are in condominium buildings, and condo remodels come with their own rules: association approval before work starts, set work hours, elevator and loading reservations, insurance certificates, and limits on noise and debris. We prepare the association package and plan the schedule around the building's requirements so the project does not stall.
Permits for kitchen remodels
Cabinet and countertop swaps without changes to plumbing or electrical often do not need a permit. Moving a sink, adding circuits, changing walls or relocating gas or ventilation usually does. Homes inside the City of Naples are permitted by the City, and unincorporated areas by Collier County. We pull every permit, never you and never a subcontractor.
Remodeling while you're away
Plenty of Naples owners want the kitchen finished before they come back for the season. Our process is built for that: remote finish selections, approvals by text, email or video call, and a photo and video walkthrough every Friday.
